First create or confirm the mailbox in the HostVyx Client Portal. Then add it to your email application using the mailbox address and password.
Use secure connections
- Choose IMAP for incoming mail when you want messages synchronized across devices.
- Choose SMTP for outgoing mail.
- Enable SSL/TLS or STARTTLS when offered.
- Use your full mailbox address as the username.
Use the server details supplied for your HostVyx service. If you are unsure which hostname or ports apply, contact support rather than guessing.
