When you order hosting with an existing domain, you can keep registration with your current registrar and connect the domain to HostVyx.
Choose your connection method
- Nameservers — use this when you want HostVyx to manage the domain DNS.
- DNS records — use this when another DNS provider must remain authoritative. Update the records to the values shown in your HostVyx service or welcome information.
Use the HostVyx flow
Start from the package flow, choose Use an existing domain, then choose Hosting only. HostVyx adds the selected hosting package while keeping the domain registration separate.
DNS changes may take time to appear globally. Keep your previous DNS settings available until the website and email have been checked.
