HostVyx protects new accounts with email verification. When you register, enter the six-digit code sent to your email before signing in.
Account security
- Use a unique password of at least 10 characters.
- Enable TOTP two-factor authentication from Account Security.
- Review active sessions and revoke sessions you do not recognize.
- Do not share OTPs, recovery codes, passwords, or payment information.
If you cannot sign in
Use the password-reset flow from the Client Login page. If your email is unverified, HostVyx can send a new verification code after a valid login attempt. Support will never need your password or OTP.
