HostVyx keeps your invoices and payment status in the Client Portal. Open Services for service billing details and Credits where applicable.
Hosting billing
Monthly hosting recurrence is separate from domain renewal. Hosting invoices are dated on the 25th of the billing month and are due on the last calendar day of that same month.
Domain renewal billing
Eligible domains have a separate yearly domain invoice schedule when billing is enabled. This billing schedule is separate from the registrar auto-renew setting: auto-renew controls whether the domain is renewed, while the invoice schedule records the charge.
Payment status
Review the invoice status and balance in HostVyx. Do not assume that changing a domain auto-renew setting changes an invoice. If an invoice does not look correct, contact support before making another payment.
